Susan Myra Geller Kirwan

Ms. Kirwan was a horrible lawyer. She billed me for thousands of dollars but either did not perform the tasks she billed for; or, did not see them through to completion. She was rarely available to speak with ill prepared for trial and passive. She had a very lackadaisical nonchalant attitude whic...h allowed the opposing side to not produce standard discoveries and to drag case on for over 1 yr. I filled Grievance against her with Attorney Grievance Commision were she admitted to " could have done more" and agreed to a partial refund! Her incompetence, lack of care and what I believe to be unethical practices convoluted my case and has put be in the position where I can to return to courts to modify orders to address concerns that were present to her in the original trial! I would strongly deter anyone from using her and find it extremely hard to believe that this site has found no misconduct or grievances as I filed grievance against her in 2011.
