Juan Ariel Mercedes Esq

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Juan’s bilingual skills allow him to connect with a diverse clientele, ensuring their voices are heard and understood. His commitment to compassionate representation is evident from his work at the University of Baltimore’s Criminal Defense Clinic, where he served as a student attorney representing indigent clients facing criminal charges. Additionally, Juan has second chaired several trials during his clerkship at Eldridge Crandell, gaining invaluable courtroom experience.
During his time at law school, Juan was a two-year member of the National Trial Team, where he showcased his passion for litigation and oral advocacy. He was the only 2L selected to compete in the school’s regional competition and later served as the Trial Team Liaison on the University of Baltimore’s Board of Advocates.

Juan is a proud Dominican American and a former collegiate football player at Stevenson University. In his personal time, he enjoys watching superhero shows and movies, following football, and competing in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
