Jordan Michael Halle

Jordan Halle focuses his practice primarily on business and corporate law and mergers & acquisitions.  Jordan was a Rule 16 Attorney in the University of Baltimore School of Law’s Community Development Clinic in which he and two other members of the Clinic developed and ran an organization legal health clinic in conjunction with the Community Law Center, the first in an ongoing series, to provide pro bono limited legal services to Baltimore-area non-profits and community organizations.  To-date, more than 60 organizations have received free advice and legal consultations through the program.  Most recently, he served as a law clerk to Judge Lynne A. Battaglia for the Court of Appeals of Maryland and is admitted to practice in Maryland.
