If you ever heard that his communication suck, PLEASE believe it. I paid this man $1500 to take my case and every time I went to court he either didn’t show up, tested positive for COVID the day before my court hearing, or he sent a replacement. He never follows up, you always have to chase him down ...and then he gets very passive aggressive when you start asking questions or he simply doesn’t respond back at all. His response to me was “We don’t sit around the office all day and call clients about their cases” All of this has led to postponements and the prosecutor isn’t happy at all, so she refused to schedule another date until she got all information she needed from Donald. As of October 11, 2022, the prosecutor still does not have what she needs in order to rule in my favor in this case (the purpose I hired him) even though I sent everything to him about 14 months ago. I’ve since requested a refund, and he blocked my phone number. I made a complaint to the bar association and will continue to escalate and even get another lawyer involved to collect my money from him.
