Daniel Patrick Mooney

I am a private criminal defense attorney who represents clients charged with felony and misdemeanor offenses, DUI/DWI citations, incarcerable traffic citations, and parole and probation violations.  I specialize in high-stakes criminal proceedings that intersect with complex evidentiary issues, including DNA, forensic science, and cellular technology.  During my first five years of practice, I tried fifteen jury trials to verdict (more than half of which included charges carrying a maximum penalty of life in prison) and won five homicide cases across Baltimore City and Baltimore County.  Outside of my trial work, I represent clients at parole revocation hearings before the Maryland Parole Commission at prisons across the state.
