I hired Brown to represent me. Brown exhibited unprofessional skills and lacked a thorough knowledge of his responsibilities. I would not recommend Brown to any one seeking legal representation. His skills are at best mediocre. He is not a lawyer I would trust with my life endeavors in his control.... Out of a scale of 1-10 (one being the lowest) Brown would receive a one. He's awful.
