owe him my life

My name is Deandre Branch, but most people know me as "Dre." In late June of 2015, I was arrested, charged with 1st degree murder and locked up in the city jail without bail.I had never before been charged with anything even close to this serious and I was nervous and knew I would need help because t...his was going to be the fight of my life. My brother and a friend of mine contacted Bradley MacFee and asked him if he would look into my case. Brad came to see me on a Monday afternoon and we talked for about 45 minutes. At the end of this meeting he told me that he had to look into some things and that he would be back to see me. A couple of weeks later Brad returned to the jail and we had a more detailed discussion about the case. He asked me for information about certain people that either were, or claimed to be involved in the case as either witnesses or detectives. I did not know that I had been picked out of a photo line-up by someone who said i was one of two shooters in a double homicide, so we discussed that issue in great detail. We created a timeline from the date of the shooting to the date i had been identified, which was a full two years later. At the end of the meeting he told me that i was going to sit for awhile, and that nothing could be done about that, but that once we got to trial he would beat the case and I would be ok. I thought that was a pretty bold statement and I was a little surprised by his confidence. In fact, I thought he was just trying to make me feel better in light of my circumstances, but I was still extremely scared. When we finally got to trial and I sat there and listened to the case unfold, I was sure I was going to lose and spend the rest of my life in prison. I felt like the prosecutor did an outstanding job of making me appear to be guilty. Still, Brad continued to reassure me throughout the process When I heard him cross-examine the State's witnesses and as well examine one of our own, I felt somewhat better. Still, when the case went to the jury, I wasn't feeling too good about my chances. At the end of the case, the jury came back after only two hours of discussion. When the Judge asked the Jury Foreman to read the verdict, I was terrified at what was going to come out of his mouth. When he said the words "Not Guilty" over and over again I was in shock. I couldn't believe that soon I would be leaving that nasty jail and going home to my family and kids. If I am not mistaken, my case was the 4th or 5th murder trial in a row that Brad has won. What that means is that he repeatedly goes up against the city's best prosecutors and wins. If you are in trouble and you can, you should consider hiring Brad MacFee to assist you with your case as he will fight hard for you. I know that because of him, I got my life and my freedom back.

Saved Me

When I met Brad in July of 2015, i was facing a charge of attempted bank robbery in Baltimore City. i was also on probation in Baltimore County on a bank robbery charge, and i was on parole. My criminal record was a mess. As a result of all of this, if i was convicted in the Baltimore City case i was... facing 50 years in prison. Prior to meeting Brad, i had been using another rather high profile lawyer, but after a while my family and i didn't feel that he was representing my interests fully, and we fired him and retained Brad. When I was arrested in this case the police used a helicopter and 7 police officers in 5 cars to stop me. The probable cause for doing this was that an off-duty robbery detective had seen me pull on the door of the bank, which was closed at the time, and drive off with paper covering my license plates. When they pulled me over they found evidence, including a robbery note that was very incriminating. I had also made some jail calls that they had intercepted and were planning to use against me as well. In short, it was not looking good for me at all. Brad told me right off the bat that we would have to file and win a motion to suppress the evidence they found, or I could kiss my rear-end goodbye for a long time. He said that the basis for suppressing the evidence would be that the arrest was illegal as it was not supported by probable cause. On December 10, we appeared before a judge in Baltimore City for the suppression hearing. The witnesses were the detective from the bank and one of the officers involved in the arrest. I testified as well. The whole thing took about an hour and a half and when it was over, Brad had won the motion. Incredibly, he was actually able to get the detective from the bank to admit that at the time i was arrested he did not have probable cause to believe that i had attempted to rob the bank. After that the judge threw out all of the evidence against me and the case was over. I was in shock, as were my mom and grandmom, who were sitting in the courtroom. Because of the pending violation of probation in Baltimore County they sent me there after i was released from the city jail, but Brad immediately filed some paperwork with the judge ad i was released the next day. After that he attended my violation of probation hearing and made sure that it was dismissed and my probation was closed out. That was the end of everything and now I m not only free and clear and no longer on probation but i am working and actually have custody of my kids! There is no doubt in my mind that had I not been represented by Brad Macfee, and had he not done magic in the courtroom, I would be in prison right now for what would likely be most of the rest of my life. My family and I could not be more grateful for the effort Brad put in and the result he got for me.

saved my life

i was charged with a 1st degree murder related to a shooting that occurred on the west side back in 2009. brad investigated the case thoroughly, but when the case came up for trial he was facing one of the city's top homicide prosecutors who was armed with eyewitness testimony. brad was not only able... to shred the eyewitness, but was able to show that, until he falsely identified me as the killer, the detectives believed that he was the shooter, and that he probably was. despite brad's amazing work, i found myself about to pass out as the jury announced their verdict. i was shaking, and when i heard them say "not guilty." i didn't believe i had been acquitted and would be, after nearly 2 years of waiting, going home to my family. all i can say is that brad macfee saved my life, and if you ever find yourself in trouble, you would be smart to consider hiring him.

amazing work

in january of 2015, my girlfriend told the police that i raped her. after what i believed was a completely inadequate investigation, the police charged me with 1st degree rape, which carries life in prison as a maximum sentence. i was locked up and could not get a bail. as a result, i lost my job and... my car, not to mention a year of my life while i awaited trial. i knew i was in serious trouble and would need a good lawyer to help me. a good friend suggested that i consider hiring brad macfee as he had achieved good results with him in the past. i met brad and he told me on day 1 that rape cases are particularly tough, and that the jury often feels sympathy for the "victim." needless to say, i was terrified of how the case might play out. brad prepared for the trial, and when the case finally got to court, his effort paid off. he was able to make some technical moves that helped me, but his best work was done during cross-examination of the victim and the detective, both of whom were exposed. he also encouraged me, and prepared me to testify, which he said he rarely does, bit that needed to happen in this case. finally, he delivered a spectacular closing argument that really drove home the points he made during the trial. the jury deliberated for about 5 hours over 3 days before reaching a verdict. i have never been so scared as i was in the seconds before the foreman announced the i was not guilty of all charges. ill admit that i broke down and cried like a baby, as did my family that was sitting in the room. ill never forget it, and ill never forget the work that brad macfee did to save me from a certain life sentence. if you need a lawyer, do yourself a favor and talk to brad before you make your decision. not all cases can be won but if he cant win your case, no one can.

Best Lawyer in Baltimore!

Brad's resume speaks for itself, he has gotten myself, and a number of other clients out of trouble time and time again. I has 6 different cases in 3 different counties in Maryland and each charge held 18 months. He was able to consolidate all of my cases and walked me through every step of the wa...y. It's now almost a year later and all cases are closed and I never saw the inside of a jail cell. He is a phenomenal lawyer who knows what he's doing. He is reasonably priced and is on call 24/7.
