In my corporate business practice I am involved in mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, working with a wide variety of businesses, including commercial real estate developers, health care servicers and automobile dealers.

In my real estate practice, I am involved in the acquisition, development, financing and sale of large scale multifamily residential, assisted living, memory care and commercial investment properties, primarily in the Maryland, D.C. and VA area.

In my tax practice I am involved in tax planning and research related to individuals, trusts, estates, charitable organizations, partnerships, S-corporations and C-corporations, relevant to federal tax, international tax, and state/local tax.
