Sarah E Albert

Sarah Albert represents clients in litigation matters arising under a broad range of federal and state environmental statutes, as well as state common law. She is experienced in advising corporations and municipalities in government enforcement actions, permitting proceedings, and environmental citizen’s suits. She also has experience representing clients in litigation matters relating to bankruptcy, mass torts, and white collar crime.

In addition to her litigation practice, Ms. Albert counsels clients on a variety of regulatory issues, including compliance, auditing, permitting, and assistance with federal and state environmental programs, as well as on the environmental aspects of corporate transactions.
