Michael Shawn Clinkscale

Back in November of 2025, I was charged with first- and second-degree assault, disorderly conduct, and reckless endangerment. I was scared of jail time and how these charges would impact my job and living situation. Mr. Clinkscale was able to negotiate a plea deal wherein all charges were dropped wit...h the exception of the disorderly conduct (a misdemeanor) and I was placed on unsupervised probation for one year. I am thankful that Mr. Clinkscale took the time to review the statement of charges and other documents/body worm camera footage from the officers and for taking the time to negotiate a deal to preserve my reputation and to avoid seeing the inside of a cell.
