Melissa and I first began to work together because her firm was approved counsel with our EPLI carrier. Now, I would not trust any of my Maryland matters to anyone but her. She is a true colleague and took the time to learn my Company, our industry, employee training, policies so we are 99.99% alwa...ys on the same page together with litigation strategies. We've worked together probably for more than 6 or 7 years.

I retained Melissa for several employment litigation matters and employment counsel matters when I was in-house counsel for an international corporation. She provided timely advice to me and to members of management. She also prepared for and managed an arbitration proceeding, on which we received ...a defense ruling. Melissa is knowledgeable on all employment matters (and has a special expertise in the areas where ADA and FMLA overlap). She had an excellent way of dealing with corporate managers, and provided real-life solutions to employment issues. Because of her common-sense approach, I would often suggest that HR Managers call her directly with difficult problems. I enjoyed working with Melissa and I have referred her to other potential clients.
