I was involved in what I felt was a minor auto accident. I went to her office immediately per a family member's recommendation. The office staff was very kind and professional, and I got an appointment with her very quickly. What immediately stood out was that she and her Paralegal seemed to genuinel...y care about my accident, current state of health and overall well being. At the initial intake visit, she provided me a list of physical therapy locations. Her Paralegal even coordinated my first visit. I'm glad that I retained her because my injuries were more extensive than I realized. She and her staff provided regular and consistent follow-up via phone and then, the best part.... an email detailing what we discussed over the phone! I am the type of person who likes to stay on top of my personal affairs and they reached out to me regularly without me having to inquire the status of my case! Every communication was so clear and informative that I had NO questions. That constant contact means a lot to me. I was never left guessing as to what was going on. Overall, I am extremely pleased with her Firm's services and should any future needs arise, I WILL use her services.
