From the point of contact with your situation, he is on the job. He made sure I had all means to be able to contact him and he k...eeps open communication. I didn’t have to call a bunch of times to find out the status or have to talk to everyone in the office before I talked to Jeff! I can go on and on about the exceptional service he has ALWAYS provided me but that would be too much. But I will say anything you need he will be sure to get it, once I contacted him and explained my situation he made sure I was seen at the therapy office as soon as they had an appointment for me. He stayed in contact about the insurance claim and made sure I was taking care of. I can not express how satisfied I am with his services. Mr Staff was very Diligent in handling my not so simple workers Comp & personal injury case. I felt like he kept my best interest first. Some Attorneys treat you like their doing you a favor but not the case here. I was treated like he works for me. As busy as he is he always made time to answer any ...questions or concerns I had.
