I do not usually write reviews. But after receiving such a stellar legal service, not writing a review to officially recognize the attorney would be unfair. Imagine being seriously ill. You go to a specialist who, after assessing your case and receiving payment, tells you, "Your case cannot be cured...." You are devastated. Somehow, you research and find another physician based on reviews. This physician not only charges you a lower fee than the first one but also treats and successfully cures you! The above analogy sums up my experience with Candy and her legal team. I would give a six (6)-star rating if I could. Candy managed my case so quickly and so effectively that the memory of the disastrous experience mentioned above stays distant. I try not to give 5 stars since they often look too good to be true, but in this case, Candy Thompson deserves every one of them. I fell into debt due to a job loss and she didn't make me feel like I was a failure in any way. She and her staff took care of my case in a very professional manner. Any... question I had, they were able to answer. This was critical as the first lawyer I asked who practices in the same building became paranoid and defensive when I started asking the questions recommended by bankruptcy advice sites. Her staff made sure that I received the correct papers at the right times and I wasn't late on anything. I didn't feel crowded or baby-ed either. The actual hearing was shorter than I ever expected. There was such confidence coming from her that I felt confident.
