Biography
Abe - aka "The CyberMediator" has one primary goal - to help resolve conflicts.
If you are facing a conflict - we can represent your interests and Advocate on your behalf in Negotiation - either directly with the opposing party, or with that person's attorney if they have retained counsel.
In some cases, assisted negotiation will take the form of participating in a Mediation process, where we can continue to represent your interests. Alternatively, if not engaged earlier in the process, both sides may select Abe to serve as the third-party neutral Mediator.
When the matter can not be resolved outside of the courts, Litigation must be pursued to get the Courts to issue a legally enforceable ruling. Abe can pursue your case to its ultimate outcome, including appeals if necessary, to achieve lasting justice on your behalf.
