Super lawyer is all that i can say!

If you are in need of a criminal defense lawyer and you are reading this, LOOK NO FURTHER! Andy, is who and what you need in court. He is a PITBULL and will provide you with the most aggressive, competent, and knowledgeable representation that money can buy. Period. I had been arrested, and charge...d with literally 10 charges in one stop, including DIE, DUI, reckless endangerment, fleeing and eluding, driving 135 in a 55, amongst many other associated charges. This was the second time i had been charged with a DWI, i might add. Moving on, when i was stopped, I refused to take the breathalyzer test which had the police take my license right then and there on the spot. Upon obtaining Andy's representation, very shortly there after, we went to the mva court and got me a temp license until my court date. Once we actually got to court, the DA was offering a plea, which I was not impressed with at all. Andy and I discussed it for a few minutes and decided that a trail would work best. We then proceeded with trial, and while we already had a game plan on what the defense was going to be, Andy saw an opportunity and jumped on it immediately. He had this ADA so mad that if she could have, she would have thrown her things and left the court room. It was so bad that the judge made the ADA stop asking the state trooper questions, and the judge himself began to ask the trooper questions. Andy had her caught up on technicalities and objections that she didn't not know what to do; literally. As I said, there were 10 associated charges to my case, and she attempted to get the ball rolling, and perhaps tried to speak on about 4 of them, and was so flustered that she "rested" her case. Now I can't say if she forgot the rest of them because she was so upset or just gave up due to that same fact. At this point Andy moved to dismiss, and the judge obliged. I was found not guilty on all but ONE charge. The judge dropped the speeding at 135 mph in a 55, to doing 80 mph in a 65 or something very similar. He added no points, and it was maybe a 50$ fine. Even that, Andy tried to get me out of lol. The judge was not very amused by that and let him know at that point that we were treading on thin ice so to speak haha.

Amazing Lawyer

Andy is a brilliant lawyer. When my boyfriend got his third DUI, we were devistated. It had been almost 10 years since his last one but we were now facing the real possibility of jail time. Andy met with us and gave a very honest and realistic view of what he was up against. We followed all of his ad...vice and trusted that he would be diligent in reviewing all of the evidence and give us the best case possible. On the day of court, Andy went over all of our possible results, including a deal from the prosecution. Andy could have pushed us in that direction, collected his check and had an early day, but he encouraged us the go to trial. He had so thoroughly review the case that he had formed several arguments, was prepared with sited cases and off to trial we went. Most of it was a blur of stress but two hours later, with a brilliant argument of why the stop was unconstitutional, my boyfriend was found not guilty. I cannot say enough amazing things about Andy. He is professional, knowledgeable and really fights for his clients. He is extremely well respected and the judge even stopped several times during the court day to compliment and joke with him. She remarked that no lawyer is as well prepared as Andy and I have to agree with her. If you are facing a legal issue, this is the man you want in your corner.
