He helped us to get the contract ready for purchase of the restaurant in 2014 and did that very benifitial for us as buyers. The price he charged was reasonable, it was easy to reach him every time we had a question. He definitely knew what he was doing when was defending us in court 3 years later wh...en we screwed up by serving under age person, again for reasonable price. Would recommend him for sure.
