I am a native of Baltimore, Maryland and received my law degree from the University of Maryland in 1995 having previously graduated from Hood College with my undergraduate degree.
Prior to the practice of Law, I spent sixteen years doing immunological and genetic research primarily in the field of cancer.
I was admitted to the Maryland State Bar and the U.S. District Court of Maryland Bar in 1995.
