Miss silverman is very unprofessional and rude i tried working regarding a debt i have with a client of hers. I explained my situation to her she could care less. I did make a payment arrangement with her but wasn't able to make a full payment for one of the months. I contacted her by letter and expl...ained what was going on i never heard back so I phoned her office and she got on the phone and began screaming at me and told me that she wouldn't accept the amount that I could pay due to it wasn't the full amount and that "i should consider myself lucky that she agreed to the previous agreement. I felt that was extremely rude and unprofessional to talk to someone in that way,
