Met with hr regarding Power of Attorney for mother-in-law who was going downhill. Both myself and husband have sent frequent emails to the email address through which she contacted us, with no response to any of these emails across the past 7 months. Mother-in-law now in rehab after falling and bre...aking hip. Still can't get a copy of the POA so I can handle things that need to be handled. Very frustrating that she never provided a phone number in her emails, and only have an email address which she apparently doesn't review/answer.
