A Great Lawyer

Mr. Miller is a phenomenal Lawyer. I was charged with a DUI that involved a car accident with personal injury to myself and the victim. Mr.Miller was able to get the charge reduced to a DWI and I was granted probation before judgment. I still have my license and did not receive any points. He got me ...into a drug counseling program and I am now looking forward to putting this situation behind me. I am very grateful for Mr. Miller and he is a great Lawyer.

Excellent Lawyer!

Mr.Miller provided excellent services. I was very scared because of the violation I had because I could have served jail time. I had no recollection of the incident and Mr.Miller was very clear and concise when explaining my options and the possible outcomes. He was very honest and he got me the best... outcome possible! PBJ! His experience and knowledge was much appreciated.

The Best DUI/DWI Lawyer in the Whole World

My lawyer, Richard Miller is undoubtedly the best DUI/DWI lawyer in the whole world. Not only did he end my case with victory, but he also changed my life. Let me tell you more! I am not an alcoholic, but I like to drink, party and have a good time. Sometimes I get too wild and drink too much, be...come irresponsible and do things I regret or don't remember the next day. I had my first DWI on May 20, 2018 because I drove in a complete black-out state coming from a party totally hammered. I had always drank and drove, all my life, just like everybody I knew who did. I was traumatized by getting arrested and didn't know how to handle being in trouble with the law for the first time in my life. My lawyer, Mr. Miller was kind, patient and understanding from the get-go, from the very first phone call. He led me through each step of what I needed to do and always checked on me, diligently and promptly, to ensure that I was staying on top of my to-do list. Despite the fact that my case was pretty bad, for I had not just drank and driven; I had driven in my worst drunken state, I did not receive any points nor did I lose my license. I was so relieved and grateful. My lawyer coached me well on what to do and taught me to deal with my problem-drinking once and for all. He is the reason why I am thriving in sobriety now. I also had an MVA hearing because I had failed to perform the breathalyzer test correctly due to the high level of intoxication (I was puking my guts out when the test was given). I was so worried that I might be forced to have the Interlock installed in my car for at least a year which would put a big damper on my career. Mr. Miller knew exactly what to do with my case, said the right things at the hearing and made me a winner; I walked out of the MVA hearing with a triumphant smile. Gosh….that was unbelievable. Good things do happen to a F-Up like me! Yeah, they do!! They really do!!! Booya, I didn't have to get the Interlock installed in my car. My lawyer was worth every single penny of mine. His skillfulness and confidence consoled me and equally gave me confidence that although I made a mistake, I could redeem and forgive myself without bringing too much pain in my life or terrible repercussion to put up with. With him, I learned that when the odds are against you because you violated the law, it is not about how right or wrong you are but how smart you fight your case. If you have a smart, highly experienced, skillful, talented and confident lawyer who is also gentle, kind, patient, thorough and professional, you will be able to learn your lesson without getting too harshly punished by the law. Happiness can be yours again soon, even if you made a mistake. Getting a DWI has been truly one of the best things that has happened to me. My lawyer created opportunities for me to better myself as a human being and to become a responsible individual without going through too much heartache to learn my lesson. When I talk about my case with friends who also got DUIs or DWIs, I realize that no lawyer has made a difference in their lives like my lawyer has in my life. Mr. Miller is not just a great lawyer; he is also an awesome human being. When I helped with his Korean client who had a language barrier by being a translator, he offered me 2 tickets to an outdoor classical music concert taking place on the 4th of July to show his appreciation. I thought that was so special. Do you know any attorney who would do that? I want the whole world to know what a difference Mr. Richard Miller made in my life and what an exceptional attorney he is. Thank you so much Mr. Miller! You are indeed the best DUI/DWI attorney in the whole wild world….

Par Excellence

Mr. Miller is an excellent attorney! I contacted Mr. Miller on a Sunday evening and he answered my call. What lawyer answers the phone on a Sunday evening? I explained to Mr. Miller what the case was and he was able to give me feedback with several scenarios that may or may not happen. He was ver...y professional, knowledgeable, courteous and well informed attorney. He was very patient with us and answered our questions whenever we were worried. It was very easy to get in touch Mr. Miller. If I left a message for him, he promptly returned all calls. In the end Mr. Miller won the case for us. I highly recommend Mr. Miller. Mr. Miller is an attorney par excellence!
