Matthew Skipper was recommended by my daughter. My family and I were being deprived of necessary access to our property that the condo association had no legal right to deprive us of. Matthew and his partner, Jeff Kahntroff, took the case based upon the association's violation of the law and our ve...ry difficult situation. Both of these gentleman were clear about their position and our rights. They carefully listened to our concerns and freely displayed empathy as problems cropped up as we moved forward. At every point they worked on our behalf to get resolution to the problem often without being asked to do so. Their talent and expertise were responsible for the excellent resolution of our situation, which was more than we could have hoped for. My entire family is grateful to them for their dedication, efficiency, knowledge, skill and most importantly, their remarkable kindness.

A+ Attorney

This is my first time ever giving a review, but because Matt Skipper was so helpful, I am writing this one. I needed guidance regarding my apartment lease and early termination. Matt was very knowledgeable and patient. He provided excellent advice and, as a result, I was able to get out of my leas...e without issues. Very highly recommend Matt!

Knowledgeable, Helpful, and Professional

Skipper Law was very helpful in resolving repairs to my property in an amicable manner. Before I contacted their firm I was uncertain in regards to both my obligations and rights as a property owner.

Skipper Law heaven sent!!

I was held finically hostage by my Condo association’s layers for over 10 years. I have been told by my, Condo associations Lawyer’s that they will place a lean on my mortgage. Unless I send them $10,000. Which I would send them the money from my retirement fund. Then they would ask me for addition...al funds (One 1 week later) in the amount of $1200.00 and “We need this amount within ten (10) business days. If you do not have the money, we will put you on another payment plan” etc. There was no way, of ever catching up. Another time I was told to send them $6,000. And I had been sending them $300. Every month. My first layer (From another law firm) was not at all aggressive. However Mr. Matthew Skipper, has been heaven sent. I am a grown man, and I was moved to tears. Skipper Law team cares a lot and they deliver. I was taken advantage by the HOA’s Lawyers and I was more then caught up. I am so thankful, that my prayers have been answered.
