Jeffrey Kreshtool assured me my hostile custody/child support case was straight forward and simple and he was correct. He stayed above the drama, tactfully focused on the facts and skillfully ensured my case was settled without going to court. He was respectful, responsive and kept me informed thro...ughout the process. He also kindly went out of his way to try to prevent my son from being dragged into the middle. Jeffrey Kreshtool was referred to me by a former neighbor. Upon calling him he instructed me to file for a divorce immediately. After some time, I called him back and he raised the price from the initial price of $250 an hour to $300. While working the case, I met with him in his office 2x's in 6 mon...ths. First to sign the retainer and the other to give documents to assist with my divorce case. Jeffrey did not fight for me. Through out the time he represented me or lack there of, he constantly told me my husband (who makes 6 figures and has property) could not pay my lawyer fees, there is no marital property, that I should only fight for child support. Because alimony is taxable income and he can write it off. Jeffrey over charged me, misrepresented me, didn't research, didn't take the information I gave to him into consideration, acted as if he could not find my phone number when he didn't want to represent me anymore, didn't for warn me that I now have a custody battle on my hands. Did not counsel me on what to do. When I went to access my information on his cloud. the link expired and he didn't make it available to me until i was not able to access it during court. He worked with the other party. I am sorry I selected him and feel that he did more harm than good for me and my 8 - year - old son.
