Excellent Attorney!

I contacted Jeffrey Schultz about representing me for a small claims appeal case. From the moment I met with Mr. Schultz during the 30 minute free consultation, I could tell that he was listening carefully to the details of my case to fully understand the best approach for representing me. He took de...tailed notes and asked comprehensive questions regarding the details of the case. Mr. Schultz also quoted a very reasonable price for representing me given the simplicity of the appealed case. I felt that Mr. Schultz generally cared about my case and wanted to make this process as painless as possible for me. Mr. Schultz contacted my witnesses for the case and prepared them as well. He was always responsive to my questions and was very timely. While in court, Mr. Schultz demonstrated his vast knowledge of laws regarding small claims. I was very impressed with the way that he handled himself as my attorney and at no point felt that he was not as much invested in my case as I was. I cannot thank Mr. Schultz enough for his help with my matter. There is no doubt that if I ever need legal counsel in the future, Mr. Schultz will definitely be the first attorney I call! I wholeheartedly recommend Jeffrey B. Schultz if you are in need of an attorney.

Sage advice and outstanding legal counsel

Jeffrey B. Schultz, Esq provided me with outstanding legal counsel, representation before the court and sage advice to have true justice delivered to me under the legal system. HIs fees were very reasonable and he only charged for legitimate activities. He guided me throughout the process, explaining... fully the myriad of options and approaches available and associated potential consequences. I will hire hime again for any legal matter and offer my highest recommendation to engage him to anyone needing legal advice, representation or counsel.

Wrong Made Right

I had worked with Mr. Schultz in the past on multiple Landlord-Tenant and Collection Cases. I suddenly found myself wrongly accused of a serious criminal charge. Mr. Schultz responded to me right away, collected the facts of the case, explained the process and crafted a defense. As more information b...ecame available, we discussed the case and modified our defense. Mr. Schultz did a great job of sharing information and keeping me informed. Prior to trial, he spent considerable time with me going over my testimony and even visiting the site of the incident. Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. In my case, we were ready to go to trial and I believe that led to the outcome of an acquittal that we were seeking. In addition I thought his fee was quite fair and reasonable.

Relationship: Opposing Counsel on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. Mr. Schultz was opposing counsel in a divorce, custody and support matter. I found him to be well-versed in the law, experienced, and professional in his demeanor. In Court, he very ably asserted the strengths of his client's case and presented the drawbacks of his client's position in the best possible light. At the same time, he also pursued a settlement that would be in his client's best interests. He proved to be a skillful negotiator and ultimately we reached a settlement that was fair to both parties (and thereby saved our clients thousands of dollars in litigation costs). I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a lawyer who will work hard to get his client the best results possible."
