DO NOT USE!! My family’s experience with this attorney was extremely disappointing. After my father paid $7,000. He later received a letter stating that the attorney would no longer represent him. Communication throughout the process was poor. Multiple messages were left, and although the office assi...stant repeatedly assured us that our calls would be returned, we never received a response. We were also left with the impression that assumptions were made regarding my parents’ financial situation, despite them being fully capable of meeting any legal expenses. Professionalism, communication, and client care were lacking in our experience, and based on that experience, I would not recommend this attorney. Update 6/8/26 Bittner said we had not dropping my father as a client. Then 3 weeks later abruptly drop my father as a client. So unprofessional and of course didn’t refund any of the money. DO NOT USE! Bittner gave no reason why he dropped my father he just did it. Can’t even trust lawyers these days. $7000 down the drain.
