Brandon Curtis Buchholz

Major league scumbag. No charisma. F-tier lawyer at A-tier prices. I paid $3,000 for Brandon Buchholz to represent me on a peace order case and he showed up to the courthouse in a dollar-store suit, no belt, unkempt facial hair, looking disheveled, and oozing incompetence. As part of agreeing to dism...iss cross peace orders, I received some assurances from Brandon that there would be an agreement with the other party to refrain from harassment and trespassing. When Brandon went to talk to the other attorney before our appearance, he said that they would just read out the agreement in court. I asked if we could at least get something in writing. Brandon said words to the effect of 'I'll send them something.' I don't recall any agreement ever being read out in court. Before leaving the courthouse he reiterated that he would send me a copy of the letter he was going to send to the opposing counsel. This, so I would have better grounds to pursue charges if the other party were to continue to harass (now in the absence of a peace order). I never heard from Brandon again.
