Talk to your adjuster they may settle for the limits and leave you alone since they no you have no assets.

You will need to obtain an estimtate showing the loss in value to the car. Must come from a certified autobody shop or person.

Retain a public defender or private counsel . The criminal defense attorney can review the charging documents and then tell you how to proceed.

Depends on how long ago the convictions occurred. If last one really was eight years ago i think the answer is yes. Go to MVA and find out.
