Stay away from this law firm unless you want a lot of fear, a lot of anxiety, and a broke bank account.

My mother left a review from Rebecca Mitchell. I want everyone to please read that it explains everything except a few things. These are contracted attorneys you’re getting with this law firm. Now let me tell you what our contracted attorney did to us the first day in court for a full-blown custod...y trial. She came out of the courtroom saying were sunk. That was within two hours of court that’s a negativity that we put up with not we have this. We’re going to win this were sunk. My mother explained about their billing system. They send you five and $6000 bills at a time and they expect you to pay them by midnight. It’s all about greed. My mother was trying to contact Alex the owner. He completely ignored her till she put her review on then within four hours at 5 o’clock in the morning he emailed her back wanting to talk and said about taking the review off so my mother sent him plenty of documentation showing the bad representation we had. My mother had a lot of proof on everything that she has said on her review, but Alex is so rude and so greedy that he never even got back with my mother and that was over a week ago so the only reason he emailed my mother was to try to get her to take the review off. He doesn’t care that you’re an unhappy client all he cares about is his wallet. So I will tell everyone reading this if you get them, you will get exactly what you don’t want. Go with an attorney don’t go with the law firm because you’re paying a lot of people they all have their hands in the pot. The lawyer that we had, she’s just was too passive aggressive for custody trial. You have to be a fighter you have to be forceful. You have to use your vocal cords strongly to get the point across to the judge if not forget it. Like my mother said if this was a hard case, we would’ve lost my son but it was so incredibly easy because my son has lived with me for years so we knew we were going to keep him but the other things that we wanted we’re not asking too much at all not after my mother worked many many hours giving her plenty of evidence. My mother practically handed her the case in her lap. My mothereven had to contact the Colorado courthouse where the Mother lives to obtain different information against the Mother and her new husband so it could be used in court. I don’t think the lawyer knew how to do it. My mother did. My mother shouldn’t have had to do that not when we’re paying close to $30,000. My mother spent many many hours giving her evidence and if she would’ve used it, I would’ve won 100% but she didn’t do her job. She went on vacation for a week right before our trial and in the meantime, we’re trying to get in touch with her. We’re like help help are we gonna get together? Are we gonna discuss the case before we go to trial, where are you? Are you OK so she contact me 7 PM the night before trial and tells me there’s different things I have to memorize really that’s how sorry this entire case was. You think it’s OK to contact somebody 12 hours before court, and then start laying down the law to them what they have to memorize. I’m telling you don’t get this law firm you don’t know who you’re getting. Well what you do know you’re getting is a contracted attorney if you don’t take my advice, you’ll get exactly what’s coming to you and that’s gonna be a big headache and a lot of anxiety. Again, Alex, the owner shame on you for not contacting my mother after she sent you all of them emails with proof. You get the proof and you completely ignore her. I wonder what the Bar Association would think about this. Don’t think my mother won’t do it if anybody has the drive It’s her.
