Joel handled my divorce case - which stretched over 3 years of regular courtroom sport, as he and my husband's lawyers encouraged his aggression and litigious excess. He forgot to bring up various financial issues during the 3 year trial that could then not be addressed for damages awarded. He took... over $90,000 from me and never finished the case.
