You've gotta have Brandon ! The best at what he does !

I believe we BEYOND won my case because of Brandon. It was already likely I would succeed with what we were asking, but anything can happen & it went incredible smooth because of him. The outcome depends not just on your lawyer, but also on how YOU the client convey yourself Brandon helped me sho...w the judge that I was worthy & fit of what we were asking him to grant. Brandon is aware that for many clients, this is their first time public speaking or in a courtroom. His goal was to make sure I felt sure enough in myself & what we were asking of the judge. You have to know what points to make, how to make them, how to say it in a confident but honest way. Brandon was a pro at that & helping me do that. I've never experienced a lawyer giving me the full time of day during the entire process. I've sometimes had lawyers who had me on a time clock, feeling like I was asking too many questions or repetition for clarification. It wasn't that way with Brandon. He made sure I understood all of the possible outcomes of the trial and what each would mean for me afterwards/steps to take with each. He also listened to what I wanted for the case, adding in his professional opinion to steer me in the right direction. I felt like he always had a good reason to support the direction we should go in. Beforehand, we rehearsed each of our support points almost like a prepared script . He had diligently prepared a thorough list of what I needed to say to support our case- based on what the judge would be asking / want to hear- while still making sure everything would be conveyed honest & true to the judge. He even went after hours to a photo center to print the photos I sent him for the trial, because it had taken me a while to gather them. He contacted me quickly whenever there was something important to discuss. He understood how overwhelming the process can be. It makes all the difference when you know your lawyer actually cares about what happens to you & gives you the time needed to succeed . After the trial, he sat with us in the court consultation room where it felt like we got to fully" digest" what had just happened in court and the next steps to be taken. He sat with me while I completed the final forms and took care of ALL of those logistics for me. ***When you pay so much for court representation, its worth the cost to have a good lawyer and Brandon demonstrates that......especially when these cases often mean your livelihood as well as your family and/or kids safety, depend on the outcomes. *

Did not know court language/unprepared

Wolven had to make copies from his textbook to remember certain codes and laws while representing me. He even told me to take responsibility for something that wasn’t mine. Luckily the judge ruled in my favor but it was very very close. Do not hire him.
