Primarily dealing with all issues that impact importers and exporters to and from the U.S. All matters involving US Customs laws and regulations, licensing of exports from the US. Particular focus on representing business under investigation or audit by Customs and Border Protection, handling of seizure matters and filing protests involving classification valuation and drawback. Development of compliance plans for importers/exporters and litigation of cases in the Court of International Trade.

Representation and advocacy before all government agencies involving international trade regulation. Customs and Border Protection, Commerce, State, Defense and Treasury Departments. As well as representation involving imports that result in other agency enforcement, including, but not limited to, EPA, FDA and CPSC actions or compliance.

Trade specific and general business litigation, class actions and employment discrimination matters.
