Mark is a total waste. I should have known not to go with someone who doesn’t have reviews in the last year. As a lawyer, he did not counter or take into consideration my outcome. He told me to just take what I can get with my PBJ. First offense , didn’t hurt anybody or my car. Seriously why pay fo...r a lawyer if he is gonna just say okay to the judge. He wasn’t a fan when he found out I completed two classes without his permission. Saying he’s a lawyer he knows everything. Come to find out the judge said me completing these two classes are helpful and regardless was going to have to be done. After doing such a lousey job, I was tearful and told him I’ll head over to probation because he was making jokes after what just happened. Talking about it’s not that bad… I’m 24 and I wanted to keep this away from my parents. Mark NEVER, Explained my probation because he said I “walked away”. I messaged him it was a misunderstanding and he ignored me through emails and phone calls. I did not walk away I told him I’m stepping away to privation because I’m crying and you’re joking. Please don’t waste your money. He was also not professional. I asked how I’ll be introduced to the court, he said as “Queen…”, I then explain no in terms of character. He tells me not to worry about it he’ll do the rest. He in fact introduced me with little information, even though I was trying to discuss this prior. I wasted time and money with Mark. I’m more hurt and disappointed how he disposed of our case and never explained anything. This is not a nice guy, if you were actually a good lawyer and cared, his actions would have been different. I’m not even mentioning everything that happened was a red flag. I’m not sure if he didn’t put much attention to it because I’m young and work in nightlife at the time.
