It’s hard not to make this post personal and long but I’ll try. After months of searching for help in an employment matter, Ms. Williams-Jones crossed my path. I was a complete emotional wreck and on the verge of giving up on what I felt was right. Ms. Janice Williams-Jones helped me negotiate a settlement in 2017, that ended with great results. Recently I found myself in another similar situation where I thought my dismissal was unwarranted and was offered a minimal severance package that I felt was unsatisfactory since my performance review w...as exemplary, and I had recently received a bonus and pay increase. Knowing that I only had a certain amount of time to agree and sign the severance package, I contacted Ms. Williams-Jones. She immediately scheduled an appointment for me to come in and discuss my case. She listened as I walked her through why I disagreed with my dismissal.
