Ms. Janice Williams-Jones helped me negotiate a settlement in 2017, that ended with great results. Recently I found myself in another similar situation where I thought my dismissal was unwarranted and was offered a minimal severance package that I felt was unsatisfactory since my performance review w...as exemplary, and I had recently received a bonus and pay increase.
