Jacquelyn Lehecka Limsky

Jacquelyn Limsky received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2011 and her Juris Doctor from University of Baltimore School of Law in 2014.  While in law school, Ms. Limsky worked as a law clerk for a family law firm in Towson, Maryland and served as a legal intern in the United States Tax Court for the Honorable Daniel A. Guy, Jr.

After graduating from law school, Ms. Limsky began her career in Litigation, focusing on Medical Malpractice, Employment Law, Contracts, and Other General Liability Issues.  During this time, Ms. Limsky developed a strong foundation of litigation and mediation skills as well as significant courtroom exposure.  As Ms. Limsky developed her litigation skills, she decided to begin focusing her legal practice on ways that would help families in need.  During this time Ms. Limsky developed significant skills regarding the division of qualified and non-qualified retirement accounts, qualified domestice relations orders (QDROs), and guardianships.  

Ms. Limsky joined Limsky Law Group, LLC in May 2020 as a Partner after discovering her passion for assisting families through the aging process.  In addition to helping families with QDROs and Guardianships, Ms. Limsky now focuses the majority of her time handling Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law matters.
