Derek is an awesome lawyer and someone who I would consider a friend, not because because he takes your case personal, but he gets to know you just as much as you get to know him. Derek did a phenomenal job handling my case and I could talk to him anytime especially after business hours. He kept in c...ontact with me throughout the entire time and was straight forward with my options and even made me feel comfortable if I didn't take a plea agreement. I truly feel that he was in it for my best interest and not his own gain. What a stand up guy.
