Derek is a down to earth man that understands bad things can happen to good people, and mistakes happen. He helped me with a DUI case and was very helpful, always available and helped give me comfort and relieved some of my stress throughout the process. He was able to get me a sentence much better... than it could have been. Even though I made the mistake, he believed in me and represented me well.
