I agree. The second mortgage lender can foreclose. However, many lenders will work with you and help you bring the loan current.

If most of the debt was incurred prior to your marriage, then you should not. However, you should consult a local divorce attorney.

I agree. Prepaid cards are treated just like bank accounts and the creditors can freeze the account to attempt to collect.
