Elissa K. Halloran, an associate with the firm since 2011, received her undergraduate degree from Towson University in 2001 and her law degree from The University of Baltimore in 2005. Recommend Hands Down
Elissa is a shark in the court room! She handled my not so easy ex-husband incredibly well. She doesn't put up with anything! She was thorough in her research and preparation for all of my hearings. I got everything I wanted and would definitely use her again.

Would not recommend this lawyer
Ms Halloran did absolutely nothing to help my case. When talking to her on the phone, she would either not listen to me or interrupt me. After telling her that I didn't feel like she was working in my best interest, she got very defensive and chose to no longer represent me.
