Brett Tompkins is an unprofessional and unforthcoming attorney. We hired him due to a family member dealing with criminal charges. This self proclaimed attorney never had an actual meeting with his client. He did not communicate at all. Did not to show up or follow through with scheduled meetings or ...phone calls. He had excuses like being out of the state or he was completely unresponsive for days/weeks. When the time for the actual case came he automatically settled without the consent of his client. He did not attempt to negotiate with the court or the plaintiffs. He did not have the best interest of his client. We recommend you look for a different attorney.
