I provide my estate planning clients with comprehensive service, including the preparation of relevant documents such as wills or, where appropriate, trusts, strategies to reduce or eliminate tax liability, and business succession. Standard packages include a will, financial power of attorney, health care power of attorney, and medical directive. I help my probate clients navigate the complicated process of administering an estate. I help clients with older loved ones who need additional care because of illness or dementia. I help business clients choose the right business entity for them, negotiate and draft agreements, and help business owners protect their brand.
