Krystal Roseanne Wilson

I asked Ms. Wilson to do a title examination and property abstract for me in October of 2018 in preparation for the sale of my mother’s home. Her work was invaluable to me. Her experience in multiple states (both Maryland and Louisiana) and attention to detail were extremely helpful in establishing... the standing of the title for the house. Ms. Wilson’s solid handle on the nature of land records greatly facilitated my personal understanding of the process. She was able to explain to me not only the way that MD records function (for both public and land-related issues), but demonstrate this by explaining her search methodology and how she came to important determinations to clear up any inherited encumbrances on the title. (Think of a doctor failing to answer questions will appropriate detail or becoming angry if you question how or why they know something; Ms. Wilson is the total opposite). A search was conducted on each previous holder of the title to be thorough. Additionally, she shrewdly offered PDF copies of all documents concerned, as well as links to this material when available. She was very useful in relaying to me both what was needed to clear the title and where such information would be located, which providing supporting documents greatly facilitated. Ms. Wilson is wonderfully pleasant, extremely thorough and very easy to work with. I highly recommend her largely because of her willingness to be transparent throughout the process, which is one of the best attributes any attorney can have. She is accessible and hardworking, and she listens. Ms. Wilson is a very solid choice as a real estate attorney.
