Denise Cafaro Hammond

Ms. Hammond is one of the best immigration attorneys in the United States. I have known her for about three years. I came to the United States to attend college ( under an F-1 Visa). Right after graduating with a bachelors degree, I was hired at a foundation. I was very excited to have the opportu...nity to find a job. However, the challenge came afterwards. I needed a work ( H1B) Visa in order to keep working at the foundation. My employer agreed to be my sponsor, and through him, we were able to find Ms. Hammond( she had done some work in the past for some companies in Denver) and the owners of those companies spoke of the superb job she had done for them and their employees. My case was extremely challenging because my major in college, did not match too much with the job I was hired to do at the foundation. There was a lot of paper work that I had to submit and after a couple of months of waiting time to get a decision on the approval, I received an email from her notifying me of the great news; my H1B had been approved. I always believed that my H1B was going to be approved because I had an excellent attorney who knew the right steps to take to have a successful case. Today, in my third year of H1B and I am planning on having Ms. Hammond help me in the next few years with the green card process. I am and will always be grateful to Ms. Hammond. Without her knowledge and hard work, I wouldn't be living in this great country. I am proud to say that I am living the American Dream and part of it is to Ms. Hammond. It is very hard to find a good immigration attorney- especially when putting your future in this country in the hands of someone you don't know . But rest assured , if you choose Ms. Hammond, you will not be disappointed, she will do her best to help you in whatever your need is. Sincerely, Carlos H

My overall experience working with Denise was worst. I found her to be not responsive and prone to make mistakes. I mean if you hire a lawyer, he or she should do the job right. Her mistake caused my case to further delay. Although she offered to pay the cost to start the process again, but her mista...ke caused me to loose a year in my GC process. Bottom line, I would not recommend her.
