After calling other bk lawyers for their services which were marginal and fees over-inflated, I took to Google and found David Cahn. I personally spoke with him, he was reasonable, and he outlined a plan for me to overcome a scheduled lawsuit by a creditor. I was skeptical at first--but, was soon ...very assured with his professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. The plan succeeded! Even down to the wire David exceedingly did what he said he would do, as I too committed to my part, I emerged from the depths of drowning to a new life-line and peace-of- mind. After receiving a payable traffic violation, I was unsure whether or not to fight the ticket in court or just pay the fine.
