Client's home was raided with a search warrant b members of the major crimes unit Baltimore City Police Department tas ... k force and the Drug Enforcement Agency. The police discovered a safe with $25,000 cash; 1 kilo MDMA; approximately 1/2 kilo of cocaine, 263 xanax "bars", and over 200 pressed "ecstasy" tablets (more MDMA). Client was charged with manufacture and distribution of schedule I and Schedule II substances as well as conspiracy to distribute narcotics. Through diligent research I discovered the warrant was invalid and all of the evidence inadmissible in court, without the drugs the state had no case against my client and all charges were dropped. Instead of spending 10-20 years in prison, he is free to live his life after learning his lesson and promising me he was turning over a new leaf and would no longer sell drugs. The community is safer because he is not selling drugs anymore, and his life wasn't needlessly ruined with a barbaric prison sentence. Everyone wins!
