It says a lot about the reputation of a firm, if it is recommended to you (unsolicitied I must add!) by different individuals. This was the case for me when I had an accident last year. I was not disappointed, as I found the Kirk Rankin Law firm to be very professional and helpful when handling my ...case. Ms. Bach Yen was very pleasant and accomodating when answering my questions, handling the paperwork and my phonecalls were always responded to in a timely manner. I was involved in an accident last August and was injured pretty bad due to the other driver's negligence. At first i decided i will handle with the other person's insurance myself but after constant harassment from The General's insurance (Horrible to deal with btw), I decided to look for a lawyer. ...I came to Mr. Rankin as a referral from a friend who highly recommended his services. I called his office after I left work at 5pm, usually a time for people to go home, but his awesome associate Bach-Yen stayed on the phone with me for over an hour and made sure i knew all my concerns were taken care of. She was very pleasant to work with and was always just a call or email away for any questions I had for her. She made sure all my medical documents and insurance forms were submitted to the insurance on time and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Once the process was underway, i received regular calls from Mr Rankin and Bach-Yen to make sure i know my case was a priority which made this whole process seamless for me. I am glad I had Mr Rankin's team representing me and I will recommend them to anyone in the future.

the First call I made to Kirk rankin & associates was because I had been in an automobile accident. The process was handled quickly. The first lawsuit was for the bodily damaged while I was on the job. No settlement funds was received. The second lawsuit the firm was determined to get me some type... of payment towards the promised workman’s comp I didn’t receive. The second process had to take a little longer than the first due the company’s insurance not willing to pay out much. So Frank Hudson from the law firm pushes for more and got it. For the negligence the company put me thru, I received the settlement at some impressive numbers of what I was quoted from the first offer. Overall, I’m very pleased of the services and effort the team has gone through to complete my case...
