Furnishing lease opinions and information regarding federal leasing activity, including advice on BLM operations and on issues affecting the availability of federal lands for leasing. Working with oil and gas companies, landmen, and other attorneys on matters including the lease nomination and bidding process; lease assignments; communitization and unit agreements; and drilling permits.
