Mr. Goldschein is an attorney with over 30 years of practice in the areas of residential and commercial transactions, who managed the real estate departments of a number of law firms before establishing Pinnacle Settlement Services in December of 2000. Mr. Goldschein has extensive experience in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract drafting and negotiation to settlement, as well as landlord/tenant law, foreclosure, business law, and bankruptcy. Mr. Goldschein has represented banks and mortgage companies in the preparation and negotiation of complex commercial real estate transactions. In addition to commercial and residential real estate settlements, his other areas of concentration include complex business transactions.
