Moshe grew up in Maryland. He attended Yeshiva University in New York City, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in History with honors. He later completed a Masters in Business Administration from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia and then a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. Moshe has real-world experience as a business owner (Maryland Metal), sales professional, technologist, and finance guru. He is a licensed attorney in the State of New York. Moshe is a public servant, having campaigned for the State Senate as well as the United States Congress in Maryland, and served on the Montgomery County Forest Conservation Committee. He is devoted to the law and his clients, with an eye on ethics in all engagements. He cares about the well-being of his clients beyond the four corners of the law.
