Benjamin David Arem

Benjamin was an absolute life saver. I'd let some stuff slide with a former business partner which led me down a long and complicated path with all sorts of issues. He was able to step right in, catch up on the history of everything nearly immediately, and begin advising me through resolution. We end...ed up getting it all sorted out without ever needing to step foot in a courtroom, putting together some brilliant arguments and letters on my behalf, and negotiating with the other attorney. Mr. Arem negotiated on our behalf and was able to reach a settlement agreement with the water treatment company that allowed us to recover the full cost of repairing the damage caused by the faulty installation. He drafted the settlement agreement and vigilantly pursued the water treatment company to insure a timely resolution of the matter.
